Top up your child’s canteen account and monitor their spending through the GEMS Parent Portal
Your child’s existing school account is linked to the portal — no need to create a separate catering account
Any existing canteen balance is automatically transferred to the Parent Portal as the opening balance
Access Catering Payments from the Fees dropdown menu within the Parent Portal
Add funds instantly using a credit or debit card, with the balance available for immediate use
Cash top-ups are also available at school, and will be reflected in your child’s catering balance on the Parent Portal
